Bill Vogler



Bill Vogler came to Grace EPC in the summer of 1989 from Bear Creek EPC in Denver, Colorado, where Bill was ordained to the ministry and served as pastor and minister of discipleship. He receive his MA in Economics from Florida State University and, after teaching economics at Francis Marion University in South Carolina, Bill attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He graduated with a Master of Divinity in 1986. He is married to Karen, and they have three children and six grandchildren.

Chad Donohoe

College Pastor, Director of College Ministries, Oread Center Director


Chad has served as the Director for Collegiate Ministries at Grace since 2004.  A 1994 University of Kansas graduate, he served three years on staff with Cru at the University of Georgia before attending Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, where he received a Masters of Divinity, a Masters in Counseling, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Faith, Vocation, and Culture.  Chad met his wife Tiffany at KU, and they have four children.

Ryan Randolph

Director of Care & Compassion Ministries


Ryan began serving as the Director of Care & Compassion Ministries in 2017, but he originally joined our staff in 2012 as the Middle School Coordinator. After earning his degree in Biblical Counseling from Calvary University, Ryan served as a Youth Director at a local church in Lawrence and later as a Teaching Parent at O’Connell Youth Ranch. In 2009, he moved to St. Louis and worked for an inner-city ministry called Sunshine Ministries. There he worked with the homeless, at-risk teens, and provided pastoral counseling and discipleship to men in a long-term drug and alcohol recovery program. Ryan is currently finishing his Master of Divinity degree through Reformed Theological Seminary. He married his wife, Hanna, in 2002. They have two children, Jayden and Riley.

Ryan Mayo

College Ministry, Oread Center Programming Director


Ryan joined the collegiate ministry staff at Grace in 2007 after graduating with a degree in English from the University of Missouri.  In addition to college ministry, he co-directs the music ministry at Grace and is currently pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary.  He married his wife, Kristi, in 2010 and they have three daughters.

Tyler began working at Grace in June, 2005. He received his undergraduate degree in Film Studies from KU in 2000. During Tyler’s college years, he was a founding member of the Christian acoustic/rock band “the pool boys” and began an all campus worship service called Open Swim. After graduation, Tyler married Lindsay and they moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue music with “the pool boys.” After four years in the mid-south, they returned to Lawrence in 2005 to work with the Youth of Grace.  In addition to youth ministry, he directs the music ministry at Grace and is currently pursuing a degree at Reformed Theological Seminary. Tyler and Lindsay have four children – Brennan, Calvin, Charlotte, and Margo.

Chase Hoag

Middle School Coordinator


Chase joined the Grace staff in August 2017.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Sciences from Emporia State University in 2013.  Chase married his wife Caroline in July of 2011 midway through their college career. In the years following graduation, Chase taught American History and Government at Lawrence High School, worked with Young Life in Oregon and most recently served as the Student Life Director at a church in Overland Park.  Chase and Caroline returned to Lawrence in 2017, along with their son Solon, to work with the Youth of Grace.

Lindsay Clements

Director of Women's Ministries, Early Childhood Coordinator


Lindsay joined the Grace staff in 2016.  She has been worshipping and serving in various roles at Grace since 2005 when she moved here with her husband.  She is married to Tyler who is the Director of Youth Ministry and Director of Music.  Together they have 4 children, Brennan, Calvin, Charlotte and Margo.  Lindsay enjoys caring for mothers and encouraging and supporting families as they raise their children in the church.

Kristin Huerter

Caregiver Supervisor


Kristin began working at Grace as the Paid Caregiver Supervisor in 2011. She married her husband, Aaron, in 2003 and received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in ESL from Kansas State University in 2004. She taught first grade for two years in Manhattan, KS before deciding to stay home full-time with her three boys, Jacob, Nathan and Weston. After moving to Lawrence, Kristin briefly taught night classes at the Adult Learning Center while also pursuing her passion in photography. Kristin has found that being the Paid Caregiver Supervisor at Grace is the perfect complement to being a stay at home mom!

Jenny Lichte

Director of Children's Ministries


Jenny has attended Grace since 2004 and was the Early Childhood Coordinator for 8 years before becoming the Children's Director.  She is passionate about sharing God's love and the good news of Jesus with children in ways that are meaningful to them, and also cares deeply about equipping adults to teach well.  She enjoys being with her husband, Jason, and their five children, making messes, organizing things, and laughing lots.
