Vision
At Grace EPC, it is our joy to share the good news of Jesus with our children and to have the
privilege of seeing God's Word at work in the hearts of our young ones, so that
these heirs of the covenant would set their hope in God. Since God can, and often does reveal Himself to children,
we take seriously the ministry of teaching them about the glorious God
of the Bible.
This means that God’s Word drives all we do in children’s ministries—from the content of our teaching to the relationships that teachers build with children, parents, and with fellow teachers. We understand that the truth of Scripture is best illustrated in the context of a loving, committed church family of which our children feel a part. So, we equip children with the building blocks of faith, the foundations of a historic Christian worldview. At the same time, we surround them with loving, gifted teachers whose call is to minister alongside parents as they raise their children.
Our prayer is not only that parents take ownership in the children’s ministry, but also that the entire church body will care for and teach our covenant children.
Please know that we have no greater joy than telling our children the “old, old story of Jesus and his love.”

- We seek in all opportunities to point our children to God's character and train them in godly responses to His character.
- We seek to make our ministries to children Biblical, God-centered, age-appropriate, and with high expectations for learning and behavior.
