Marriage Enrichment Seminars
The Bible teaches that God's ideal for marriage is a lifetime commitment to one person. But since the Fall of Adam and Eve, those who marry, marry a sinner. As our own selfish interests interfere with God's ideal of partnership and fulfillment, all couples need encouragement and support to help their marriage become all that God desires.
At Grace EPC we help provide that support through occasional seminars for couples taught by our Director of Care and Compassion Ministries, Dave Upchurch. Using both the Bible and a well-designed and tested set of materials called PREP, couples learn of ways to safely communicate, build on their strengths, and better help one another in a society that has so often rejected the Christian ideal of marriage.
