Application Forms

Grace EPC is committed to advancing the Gospel both locally and overseas through supporting missionary work. If you are a member or a student who regularly attends GEPC, you may apply to receive prayer and/or financial support. You may obtain information at the church office. You may also download the packets for short term missions or long term missions from our website here.

In both cases, long term or short term, there are two parts tothe application process.
1. Complete the application & references
2. Interview with the Missions Committee

You may download the forms from the link above and follow the directions. Or you may fill out the appropriate application online and submit it electronically. You will receive confirmation by e-mail and will be able to schedule an interview with the missions committee once your online application has been received and reviewed.

You will need at least two references, and the forms for that are available from the Files and Downloads link given above. They will need to be submitted by mail or delivered in some way to the church office.
